Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Head to lead and manage the organization's technology infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems while aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure data security, cybersecurity compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Lead digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business planning, budgeting, and performance management.
